Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to educate healthcare professionals on recurrent pericarditis and our approved treatment options, including patient support programs. The role is field-based with nationwide openings, offering a base and incentive plan.

Responsibilities include developing a territory strategy, engaging cardiologists and rheumatologists, and delivering on sales targets while maintaining compliant practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of biopharmaceutical sales experience; rare disease or cardiology experience preferred.
• Experience in promoting injectables or reconstituted injectables preferred.
• Track record of sales success and strong motivation to achieve results.
• Demonstrated strategic account management experience.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy, HUB services, and Patient Support programs.
• Knowledge of compliant and ethical business practices.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates drive, passion and focus toward building a global company focused on patients and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 75–80% with a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to educate HCP customers and staff.
• Educate cardiologists, rheumatologists and other decisionmakers to initiate the product.
• Provide education on Kiniksa OneConnect Patient Services and support programs.
• Facilitate opportunities through virtual and in-person engagements.
• Exceed annual and quarterly sales performance goals and execute resources.
• Coordinate with territory partner on HCP targets and engagement plans.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration with field sales partner teams.
• Represent Kiniksa to HCP stakeholders as a trusted resource.
• Act with integrity, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain expenses within allocated budget and document field activities.
