Job summary

Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to educate HCPs about recurrent pericarditis, explain approved options, and discuss patient support services. This field-based position includes nationwide openings, up to 75–80% travel, and a base salary with a sales incentive plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in biopharmaceutical sales; rare disease, specialty or cardiology preferred.
• Proven track record in strategic account management.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy, HUB services, and Patient Support programs.
• Demonstrated compliant and ethical business practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 75-80% with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to educate HCP customers and staff.
• Educate cardiologists, rheumatologists and other decisionmakers to initiate Kiniksa’s therapy.
• Provide education on MyKiniksa OneConnect Patient Services and support program.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person engagements across multiple venues.
• Exceed annual and quarterly sales performance goals and drive resource execution.
• Collaborate with territory partners and cross-functional teams for maximum impact.
• Serve as an external representative to HCP stakeholders with integrity.
