Job summary

SpaceX in McGregor, Texas is seeking a Propulsion Engineer (Raptor Test) to ensure engines and components are tested and qualified for flight. You will design and execute development tests on an accelerated schedule in a fast-paced environment, working on a world-class full-flow staged combustion engine.

Responsibilities include leading test campaigns, developing procedures, operating DAQ and control systems, and collaborating with design engineers to improve hardware and test stands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 1+ years of hands-on testing experience (internships or clubs count).
• Experience with test campaigns, data review, and test stand operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engine/component-level tests for Raptor hardware.
• Lead test campaigns including planning, activation, operations, data review and hardware integration.
• Direct technicians in fabricating and assembling test articles and stand equipment.
