Safety Components in North Carolina is seeking a loom operator to support daily production. You will patrol weaving machines, inspect woven cloth, and perform routine minor maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.

You will receive shift instructions, record conditions, report malfunctions to the weave machine technician, and ensure safety procedures are followed. The role includes standing on the factory floor and contributing to quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receives assignment layout and instructions for the shift start.
• Patrols looms inspecting for quality and locating potential machine malfunctions.
• Repairs yarn stops and mechanical stops as needed to maintain operation.
• Records malfunctions and reports to weave machine technician.
• Performs minor preventative maintenance to sustain efficiency and quality.
• Follows all safety precautions in performance of job.
