Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing production environment; textile experience is a plus.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple priorities.
• Precise manual dexterity.
• Able to speak and read English.
• Strong math skills for measurement.
• Reliable team player open to cross-training.
• Excellent attention to detail and safety.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Able to move, lift up to 40 lbs.
• Basic computer skills and ERP data entry.
• Adhere to safety requirements including PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operates multiple looms to meet production targets.
• Monitors looms and adjusts to meet quality specifications.
• Maintains materials and changes filler bobbins as needed.
• Identifies and repairs machine malfunctions and breaks.
• Inspects fabric for defects and flags issues.
• Labels materials correctly and tracks processing.
• Completes quality checks and records NCRs as required.
• Completes quality documentation such as control charts.
• Enters data into the ERP system.
• Follows Barrday quality specifications in daily tasks.
• Ensures 5S and lean practices are sustained.
• Keeps equipment and work areas clean and well maintained.
• Works safely and addresses unsafe conditions.
• Cross-training across departments as needed.
