Job summary

TenCate Protective Fabrics is seeking a full-time loom operator in Zebulon, GA. You will operate assigned looms, weave yarn into cloth, and monitor equipment to ensure quality and efficiency on the production floor.

You will perform hourly quality checks, record results in the Porini System, and follow the weaver's cycle for repairs and thread handling. Safety rules must be followed, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency Certificate preferred.
• Experience with quality checks and manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates assigned looms to weave yarn into cloth and monitors the looms.
• Performs hourly quality checks and records results in the Porini System using QC codes.
• Monitors looms and conducts repairs following the weaver's cycle.
• Interprets loom issues to determine causes of stoppages and addresses them.
• Follows safety rules to ensure personal and coworker safety.
