Job summary

TMV Global Inc. is seeking a Desktop Packaging Engineer to design, build, test, and deploy Windows and macOS application packages to support enterprise software delivery and vulnerability remediation.

This role collaborates with application owners, security, deployment, and support teams to ensure secure, reliable packaging that meets SLAs and governance standards, including rapid packaging of vendor patches and zero-day fixes.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in desktop engineering or application packaging.
Proven experience with SCCM / MECM, Workspace One, or Microsoft Intune.
Application Packaging (MSI, MSIX, App-V).
PowerShell scripting.
Solid understanding of Windows OS (10/11).
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and change management processes.
Shows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.

Responsibilities

Design and develop moderately complex application packaging solutions and supporting infrastructure components.
Ensure packaging solutions align with end-to-end platform performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
Author and maintain policies, standards, guidelines, and SOPs to support packaging and deployment processes.
Independently monitor and analyze advanced performance and capacity metrics to optimize technology solutions and ensure SLA adherence.
