Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to return to service for emergent customer requirements (AOG).
• Enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements.
• Advise customers on order status and escalations.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to drive solutions.
• Review engineering data for alternate problem resolution.
• Support suppliers by identifying constraints and mitigation plans.
• Assist in collecting supplier/customer data including repair capabilities and capacity.
