Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Valid Texas Level II (Non-Commissioned) Security License required.
• Previous security or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to staffing requests at client locations throughout the San Antonio market.
• Provide emergency security coverage for call-offs, vacancies, and special events.
• Perform access control duties by verifying credentials and monitoring entrances.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of assigned properties.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems when assigned.
• Prepare daily activity and incident reports.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer service at client sites.
• Communicate with supervisors and client representatives on operational issues.
• Adapt to different assignments and client expectations.
