The role offers full-time hours with no single home base, and shifts vary across days. Starting pay is $22.00/hr with a one-hour travel radius to client sites around Bedford, NH.

Ideal candidates are flexible, customer-service oriented, and willing to obtain necessary licenses. Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Excellent observational and de-escalation skills; able to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communicator; capable of working closely with both global and local security teams.
• Committed to ethical practices and following all safety protocols, always maintaining a safe and respectful approach.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong customer service skills and prior experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Our Security Officers work closely with our clients and client staff.
• The Rapid Response Officer is someone who reports directly to the Field Operations Supervisor and helps fill in at various sites.
• They are provided full time hours, but do not have a 'home base' at one site.
