Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Rapid Response Security Officer in Central NH (Manchester/Concord/Bedford/Nashua area). This role fills in at multiple sites with full-time hours and no fixed home base. Varying shifts Mon-Sun; typically guaranteed at least 30 hours per week.

Starting pay is $22.00/hr. Must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within NH. High school diploma or GED required; legal right to work in the United States.

• Excellent observational and de-escalation skills; able to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communicator; capable of working closely with both global and local security teams.
• Committed to ethical practices and following all safety protocols, always maintaining a safe and respectful approach.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong customer service skills and prior experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

What is a "Rapid Response Officer"?

The Rapid Response Officer is someone that reports directly to the Field Operations Supervisor and helps fill in at various sites. They are provided full time hours, but do not have a "home base" at one site.

Schedule: Varying shifts, Monday - Sunday 1st/2nd/3rd shift (flexible availability REQUIRED). Rapid Response Officers are typically guaranteed at least 30 hours per week.

Starting Pay: $22.00/hr

• MUST be flexible enough to work any potential open shift available during the week.
• MUST be willing to travel up to a one-hour commute to various client sites in the NH area. Most sites are located within a 30-mile radius from our Bedford, NH office.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to effectively speak, read and write English.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to apply for a New Hampshire Guard Card - our team will assist you in applying for this required license!
