Job summary

Rosaires Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Rapid Response Team to swiftly assess deteriorating patients on acute care units and initiate life-saving interventions. You will work closely with physicians and bedside teams during urgent events, including code responses and sepsis alert activations.

The role involves providing clinical coaching to unit nurses and ensuring adherence to evidence-based protocols across the unit, promoting patient safety and rapid stabilization.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN licensure.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills in acute care.
