Job summary

Advocate Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Rapid Response Team at Advocate Christ Medical Center. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with a 9 PM to 7 AM schedule and a pay range of $38.20-$57.30 per hour.

Prior ICU experience is strongly preferred and benefits are eligible. The RN will utilize nursing processes, monitor patients, collaborate with the team, and maintain compliant EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multi-state compact and/or state privileges.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 1 year ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation; may float to other units.
• Adhere to ANA ethics and provide patient-centered care.
