Responsibilities

• Coordinate Rapid Response Team activities and assess patients.
• Collaborate with Provider and Respiratory Therapist to implement interventions.
• Ensure complete documentation of interventions and outcomes.
• Respond to MET and Code Blue calls and perform surveillance rounds.
• Provide staff education and support to ensure safe, high-quality care.
