Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors is seeking a Restoration Supervisor in Fort Collins, CO. This role offers a competitive base pay of $25 - $35 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities. You will respond to emergencies, supervise on-site teams, and coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure timely, quality work.

The ideal candidate has restoration experience, supervisory potential, and a valid driver’s license. CDL is a plus, and eligibility for the company benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold) preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Understanding of MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
• Maintains a valid and current driver’s license; CDL a plus.
• Background checks and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficiency and progress of most day-to-day field operations.
• Work with the Project Manager to understand and execute the scope of work.
• Assist with the daily planning and activity at the project site.
• Ensures crews have the equipment and material needed to perform work.
• Ensures the quality of work meets industry standards.
• Maintain safety for occupants and workers on site.
• Complete inspections of work progress and verify completion.
• Communicate with Project Manager, Project Director, and customer about project conditions.
