Job summary

BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC is seeking a Restoration Supervisor in Fort Collins to lead emergency response and on-site mitigation efforts. You will oversee water, fire, and mold work, plan daily activities, and mentor technicians while coordinating with the Project Manager to deliver timely results.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and hands-on leadership. Prior restoration and supervisory experience is preferred; training support is offered to obtain necessary certifications.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold) preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Understanding of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficiency and progress of most day-to-day field operations.
• Work with the Project Manager to understand and execute the scope of work.
• Assist with the daily planning and activity at the project site.
• Ensures crews have the equipment and material needed to perform work.
• Ensures the quality of work meets high workmanship standards.
• Maintain awareness of safety for occupants and workers on site.
• Complete inspections of work progress and verify completion.
• Communicate with Project Manager, Project Director, and customer as necessary.
