Central EMS is seeking a QRV paramedic to provide ALS care on-scene and during transport. You will rendezvous with a BLS crew, operate independently in the field, and maintain all equipment and documentation per state regulations.

Responsibilities include responding to EMS calls, maintaining a state of readiness, and documenting Patient Care Reports accurately. A Georgia EMT-P license, BLS, ACLS, and EVOC are required, with six-month training windows for specialty certifications.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• State of Georgia EMT-P License.
• Basic Life Support Certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
• PHTLS or equivalent certification (within 6 months of hire date).
• PALS or equivalent certification (within 6 months of hire date).
• EVOC or equivalent certification.
• Current State of Georgia Driver’s License.
• PLS certified in the maintenance of ventilators, IABPs, and HFNC (Within 6 months of hire date).

Responsabilidades

• Respond to all calls for service dispatched from the Central EMS communications center as directed.
• Provide rapid response to emergency medical calls from an SUV to rendezvous with a responding BLS crew.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle in good working condition and ensure proper maintenance.
• Collaborate with other first responders to provide coordinated care in emergencies.
• Communicate patient condition and treatment clearly to the EMS team.
• Attend mandatory training and maintain compliance with protocols.
• Prepare and complete reports including PCRs, billing, and daily/weekly unit checks.
• Ensure unit and crew adhere to Central EMS policies and standards.
