• Participates in Rapid Response Team activation, assesses patients, prioritizes care, and collaborates with Providers and Respiratory Therapy.
• Documents interventions and outcomes promptly and accurately.
• Communicates effectively with the team and disciplines to ensure safe, culturally competent care.
