Job summary

City of Winston-Salem seeks a semi-skilled grounds crew supervisor to manage a small team in city grounds maintenance. You will direct 2–5 workers, plan tasks with supervision, and adapt quickly to changing directions. The job runs 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with emphasis on safety and efficient operations.

Qualifications include completion of at least 11th grade and grounds maintenance experience, plus strong customer service, map-reading and equipment knowledge. A valid driver’s license is required.
