Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of grounds maintenance practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations and understand rates, ratios, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Operate grounds keeping equipment and maintain park grounds and city property.
• Collect and remove litter from right of ways and city property.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain tools and equipment.
• Assist community service workers with assigned tasks.
• Support emergency maintenance during severe weather including snow removal.
