Job summary

GuideWell Emergency Doctors is seeking a Registered Nurse for a fast-paced, free-standing outpatient emergency facility. You will triage, treat, and discharge patients ranging from minor to acutely ill, while coordinating with the team to deliver high-quality care.

The role requires 3+ years in critical care/ER, an active Florida RN license with ACLS and PALS, and the ability to work up to 12-hour shifts in a busy setting. Travel to support multiple clinics is possible.

Qualifications

• Must have strong ability to triage and manage acutely ill patients.
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced ER setting.
• English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete orders for patients from minor treatment to acutely ill.
• Perform accurate triages and discharges across age groups.
• Manage medications, documentation, and records.
• Input discharge instructions and prescriptions into the system.
• Provide wound care, splinting, and dressing applications.
