Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Orlando, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, on-site role at a free-standing outpatient facility. The position supports Emergency Medicine services, triages and treats patients from minor to acutely ill, and involves documentation, patient education, and teamwork.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree, 3+ years in a critical care setting (ER/ICU), active Florida RN license, ACLS and PALS, and English fluency; Spanish is a plus. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand and work up to a 12-hour shift in the facility.
• Active Florida RN License or compact RN license with Florida authorization within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Complete orders for a range of patients from minor to acutely ill.
• Perform triages and discharges for all ages.
• Manage medications including administration, documentation, and storage.
• Input discharge instructions and prescriptions into computer software.
• Provide wound care, splinting, and dressing applications.
• Conduct EKGs and cardiac monitoring with arrhythmia recognition.
• Prepare procedures per protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and patients.
• Delegate duties to PCCs, Lab Staff, and Radiology Staff.
