Job summary

Guidewell-Emergency-Doctors in Florida Largo is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our free-standing outpatient emergency care facility. The role covers a broad range of nursing duties from minor treatment to acute care, with emphasis on efficient triage, accurate documentation, and patient education.

You will perform wound care, medications management, EKGs, and assist with procedures per protocols.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years in a Critical Care Setting (ICU) with ER experience.
• Active Florida RN license; ACLS and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform triages and discharges for patients of all ages.
• Input discharge instructions and prescriptions accurately.
• Provide wound care, splinting, dressings, and basic procedures per protocol.
• Administer medications and monitor with EKG/cardiac equipment.
• Communicate with team members and patients; support cross-functional staff.
