Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of communications or dispatch experience or 2 years of related experience.
• Must pass initial skills assessment and extensive background checks including CJIS/VCIN/NCIC certifications.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize all incoming 9-1-1 calls and texts and enter information into CAD.
• Dispatch and coordinate public safety responses and monitor radio frequencies.
• Perform data entry and related duties as assigned.
