Job summary

The Center for Youth and Family Solutions (CYFS) seeks compassionate, culturally competent individuals for Child Welfare Case Manager roles. You will develop supportive relationships, assess family needs, and connect clients with services to promote stability and permanency.

Responsibilities include collaborating with families, developing plans, guiding goal setting, and visiting homes and communities. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; additional licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Service, or related field.
• Experience in child welfare preferred.
• Licensure preferred or required in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop a supportive relationship with clients and assist children and families in addressing needs and goals.
• Collaborate with clients to gather information on family needs and connect them with services.
• Walk with families through goal setting to achieve solutions and promote stability and permanency.
• Coordinate and schedule family visits to support relationships.
• Visit clients in various settings to monitor progress toward goals.
