Job summary

CASA seeks a Housing Manager to oversee the Rapid Rehousing Advocates and ensure overall program quality and compliance across CASA’s housing programs. This role provides supervision, staff development, and partnership coordination with community resources.

You will manage housing casework, assist participants with rental assistance and referrals, maintain documentation, and support moves into permanent housing with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related human services preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Experience with survivors of domestic violence or crisis work.
• Ability to drive agency vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and direct supervision to Rapid Rehousing Advocates.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates housing advocates.
• Available for on-call responsibilities including after hours if needed.
• Complete Timesheets, mileage forms, PPR’s, program reports, data collection, and other forms and reports.
