Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks an experienced Industrial Controls Troubleshooting Technician for an industrial manufacturing site in Carrollton, GA.

You will diagnose electrical and PLC faults on automated lines, using laptops over Ethernet or wireless networks, and restore equipment quickly. You will mainly work with Siemens PLCs and Allen-Bradley systems, performing minor logic edits and drive parameter updates while collaborating with the shift supervisor and maintenance team to sustain reliable

Qualifications

• Background in Electrical/Controls maintenance in industrial settings.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of PLC-controlled machinery.
• Ability to interpret PLC logic to identify faults.
• Experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to electrical and controls faults across the facility.
• Direct connection to PLCs using laptop via Ethernet or wireless.
• Diagnose Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs to identify root causes.
• Download and configure drives/VFDs; perform minor logic edits when needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance to sequence work orders and restore operation.
