Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Technician to keep production lines running in a large industrial plant in Carrollton, GA. You’ll diagnose electrical and controls issues, connect to Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs, and swap drives or modify minor logic to restore uptime.

You are hands-on, independent, and collaborative, with strong problem-solving skills and a track record of root-cause analysis. This role is 100% electrical/PLC-focused, with mechanical work handled by others.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance with electrical/controls focus.
• Hands-on ability to diagnose PLC-controlled equipment.
• Ability to read and understand PLC logic for diagnostics.
• Experience with Siemens or Allen-Bradley PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Rapid response to electrical and controls breakdowns.
• Direct PLC connections via laptop to diagnose issues.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, replace drives, adjust logic as needed.
• Coordinate with shift supervisor on work orders.
