Job summary

Westrock Coffee is seeking a proactive Project Manager to drive high-priority initiatives from design through execution. You will own delivery across domains, ramp quickly in new areas, and push outcomes rather than merely track progress.

This role requires building plans, coordinating cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance), leading working sessions, publishing updates, and validating results with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs; manufacturing, CPG, or supply chain environments a plus.
• Ramp quickly in unfamiliar domains with minimal onboarding.
• Experience running structured initiatives to completion, not just status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned initiatives — scope, plan, execute, and close, with the specific program area determined by current business priority
• Build and maintain project plans, milestone schedules, and RAID logs — and actively work them, not just maintain them
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams (varies by assignment — may include Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Commercial) to keep work moving and decisions made
• Run working sessions — set the agenda, facilitate the conversation, capture decisions, publish follow-ups
• Produce clear, concise status updates for leadership; flag risks before they become problems
• Validate outcomes and assumptions with stakeholders before they're reported as results
• Escalate blockers before they stall progress, not after
• Move between initiatives as priorities shift, ramping quickly on new domains with minimal onboarding overhead
