• Build and maintain project plans, milestone schedules, and RAID logs and actively manage them.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to keep work moving and decisions made.
• Run working sessions: set agenda, facilitate, capture decisions, publish follow-ups.
• Produce clear status updates for leadership and flag risks early.
• Validate outcomes with stakeholders before reporting results.
• Escalate blockers before they stall progress.
• Move between initiatives as priorities shift with fast onboarding.
