Job summary

ARB Interactive, behind Modo Casino, seeks a versatile Performance Creative Associate to rapidly turn ideas into high-impact video content. The role emphasizes AI-driven workflows, testing, and rapid iteration across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.

You’ll collaborate with UA and video editors, shaping a new creative process and scalable production approach. You can work remotely or in a hybrid setup, with options to spend 2–3 days weekly in Miami or NYC.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years editing video or producing content in gaming, entertainment or performance marketing.
• Fluent with AI tools for video, image and voice generation.
• Experience making video for paid social across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.
• You generate your own ideas, hooks and scripts rather than waiting for someone else’s brief.
• Comfortable reading basic performance numbers to decide what to make next.
• Strong eye for pacing, timing and openings; know when something isn’t working.
• Able to run several projects at once without losing quality or speed.
• Experience with sound editing, royalty-free music libraries and basic color correction.
• Bonus: understand casino and gaming aesthetics and what gets players excited.
• Role can be fully remote or hybrid, with the option to work 2–3 days per week from our Miami or NYC office.

Responsibilities

• Take a rough idea and turn it into a testable video in days, not weeks.
• Write hooks and short scripts, then build them out of gameplay, creator footage and AI material.
• Use AI video, image and voice tools, plus AI-assisted storyboarding, to try more ideas.
• Create rough video cuts quickly, focusing on testing the core idea rather than perfection.
• Read how videos perform (hold rate, watch time, CTR) and shape future work.
• Push winners: new hooks, new creators, higher production value, platform-native versions.
• Keep the video library organized and tagged for pattern spotting.
• Collaborate with UA and marketing editors to align weekly questions.
• Drive social content production and viral content across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, etc.
• Find faster, better ways of working as the team grows.
