Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail or Restaurant General Manager experience: 1 year (required).
• Missouri driver’s license is preferred/required for deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales
• Social Media Management for the store page
• Process customer payments efficiently and accurately
• Assist customers on the sales floor and answer product questions
• Schedule deliveries, pickups, and service appointments
• Administrative & File Management
• Verify customer files for accuracy
• Organize and file daily store paperwork
• Merchandise & Showroom Maintenance
• Keep showroom clean and inviting for customers
• Inspect and prepare merchandise to be rent-ready
• Stage and prepare items for transit to the Service Department
• Logistics Support and assist delivery teams as needed
