TCC in St Charles, MO is seeking a Manager in Training I to lead store teammates and drive daily operations. You will oversee training, attendance, safety, and uniform standards while promoting a customer-first mindset.

Competenze

• 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience a plus.
• Profit & loss ownership experience is required.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and manage performance.

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financials including sales, inventory, cash controls, and profitability.
• Recruit, interview, and develop Teammates; build a winning team.
• Create Teammate work schedules and ensure proper coverage.
