Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Criminal background checks and CANIS report required upon request.

Responsibilities

• Triage individuals and link to appropriate behavioral health services.
• Provide housing, education, risk assessment, and infectious disease prevention support on-site.
• Conduct individual, group, and family sessions as needed.
