Job summary

Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is seeking a Range Technician to join our team at Picatinny Arsenal. The role involves setting up and assembling test fixtures, loading ammunition, and performing basic lab tasks in a security-cleared environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, be a team player, and be able to pass medical surveillance testing for energetic materials. NJ driver’s license or government license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have good mechanical skills and experience.
• Must be able to pass medical surveillance testing for energetic materials.
• Must have a valid NJ driver’s license or be able to obtain a government license.
• High School diploma required; college degree not required but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Load small arms ammunition.
• Prepare, measure and dispose of ballistic targets.
• Assemble and set up test fixtures and operate manual machines.
• Report production status daily and perform basic quality checks on machined parts.
