Job summary

TRAX International Test Services Division seeks a Range Scheduling Technician II to support the Yuma Test Center scheduling and RTSS administration. You will de-conflict test schedules, chair weekly scheduling meetings, and ensure timely updates to databases.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Test Officers and range control, delivering a weekly schedule, and maintaining a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment at Yuma Proving Ground, AZ.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Range Scheduling Technician I in TRAX.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of the YTC Range Schedule using the Range Test Scheduling System (RTSS).
• Serve as RTSS System Administrator and chair weekly Scheduling Meetings.
• Maintain YTC updates to the Range Incident Report System, the YTC DATACOM database, and the YTC Customer Service Database.
• Provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders and work with Test Officers, Team Leaders, and Range Control to de-conflict schedules.
