TRAX International in Yuma Proving Ground, AZ is seeking a Range Scheduling Technician II to support the YTC Range Planning Division. The role involves preparing the weekly range schedule, administering RTSS, and coordinating with officers and range control to ensure test support.

This position requires strong MS Office skills, the ability to work various shifts, and willingness to cross-train as needed to meet mission priorities.

Formación

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Range Scheduling Technician I in TRAX.
• Must have intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the preparation of the YTC Range Schedule using the Range Test Scheduling System (RTSS).
• Perform duties as the RTSS System Administrator.
• Track test schedules and de-conflict schedules with Test Officers, Team Leaders, Branch Chiefs, Division Chiefs, and Range Control.
• Chair one of the weekly Scheduling Meetings and prepare the final weekly schedule for each test week.
• Manage YTC updates to the Range Incident Report System, the YTC DATACOM database, and the YTC Customer Service Database.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills in order to work with all who depend on the Range Schedule.
• Perform other duties as required to complete the assigned mission.
