Qualifications

• Must have intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of the YTC Range Schedule using the Range Test Scheduling System (RTSS).
• Perform duties as the RTSS System Administrator.
• Track test schedules and de-conflict schedules with Test Officers, Team Leaders, Branch Chiefs, Division Chiefs, and Range Control.
• Chair one of the weekly Scheduling Meetings and prepare the final weekly schedule for each test week.
• Manage YTC updates to the Range Incident Report System, the YTC DATACOM database, and the YTC Customer Service Database.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills in order to work with all who depend on the Range Schedule.
• Perform other duties as required to complete the assigned mission.

Job Description

Performs a variety of routine assignments in support of the Yuma Test Center (YTC) Range Planning Division. Assists with the preparation of the YTC Range Schedule using the Range Test Scheduling System (RTSS). Performs duties as the RTSS System Administrator. Physical Requirements:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical and periodic retests.
• Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for work tasks assigned.
• Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions including summer temperatures peaking around 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Must meet the physical requirements necessary to perform operations outlined, performed, and stated in the SOPs for the embedded organization.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice, to support test missions.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions.
