Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of one year of chicken-raising experience and have completed the Chicken Grow Out Training Program.
• Must be self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Must possess supervisory and leadership skills.
• Must have good mathematical and organizational skills.
• Must have basic English communication skills.
• Must be able to live on company housing and respond to alarms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all ranch activities and functions of fryer operations.
• Direct grow out of fryers with setup, temperatures, and mortality control.
• Maintain ranch facilities and coordinate with maintenance.
• Enforce strict sanitation and animal health monitoring.
• Manage ranch production costs including labor, fuel, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of feed, mortality, energy usage, and production.
• Provide training and delegate duties to ranch personnel.
