Job summary

Hickman's Family Farms in Arizona is seeking a Ranch Office Clerk to provide administrative and operational support to drivers, warehouse staff, and front gate personnel. You will ensure accurate, timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments and deliver strong internal customer service.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work under time pressures. Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook, plus experience with accounting/inventory software, will help you

Proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook.
Experience with Accounting/Inventory Software.
Ability to sit for long hours.
Ability to perform under time pressures.
Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

Point of contact between Warehouse & Front Gate personnel.
Prepares shipping and receiving documents for Warehouse Crew.
Maintains shipping and receiving records in an orderly and accessible manner.
Verify inventory by comparing physical counts and investigating discrepancies.
Processes and verifies documentation for export loads.
Verifies all loads are processed properly before forwarding to the accounting department.
Manages shipping procedures provided by company Transportation Department.
