Hickman’s Family Farms seeks a dependable Warehouse Associate in Tonopah, AZ to support incoming/outgoing materials and inventory management in a dry storage warehouse and cooler. You will operate forklifts, use NAVISION ERP, and follow FIFO protocols to ensure accurate product movement and temperature control.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with front office staff regarding incoming loads and material needs.
• Receive, verify, and accurately record all incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Load and unload trailers, including inspecting trailers and verifying temperatures when required.
• Maintain accurate inventory through counts, cycle counts, and proper documentation.
• Follow First In, First Out (FIFO) procedures to ensure proper product rotation.
• Operate scanners and ERP systems (e.g., NAVISION) for product tracking and bin movements.
• Complete daily paperwork for inventory, loading, and unloading activitiesMaintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and cooler environments.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Follow all company GMP, SOP, and safety requirements.
