• 3 months ranch experience required.
• One reference from previous employer.
• Must be able to ride horses/ATV and lift 75 pounds.
• Able to work long hours, including nights during calving season.

Responsibilities

• Attend to livestock feeds and waters livestock by tractor and/or team on range or at ranch headquarters calving, maintaining cattle herd health.
• Repair and clean corrals; move livestock to pasture; assist with calves and vaccinations.
• Maintain corrals, cabins, buildings, range improvements, and livestock equipment used for proper cattle management.
• Maintain ranch buildings; care for irrigation and hay production; shipping of cows and calves.
