Job summary

Rush Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Ranch and Culinary Assistant to support culinary and ranch operations year-round at our lodge. duties include food prep, dishwashing, sanitation, and storeroom organization during peak season, followed by ranch hand tasks like property maintenance and animal care from March to August.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Culinary experience preferred.
• Grounds keeping and ranch maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience operating landscaping and ranch equipment.
• A valid driver’s license may be required with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Assist with food preparation including washing, cutting and preparing ingredients.
• Maintain storeroom organization and kitchen sanitation.
• Assist with ranch hand tasks such as property maintenance and animal care.
• Support with grounds maintenance, landscaping, and equipment upkeep.
