The successful candidate will assist with approximately 100 cows, including spring calving of approximately 50 cows and 50 heifers, while also helping with the day-to-day crop operation. Previous calving experience is strongly preferred, as the employer wants someone who understands cattle behavior and can work safely and confidently around livestock.

Crop responsibilities will include equipment operation, planting, hay production, harvest, general maintenance, equipment servicing, and other seasonal farm duties.
