Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of corn and soybean production, from field preparation to harvest.
• Operate John Deere and Case equipment and Kinze planters.
• Assist with irrigation throughout the growing season.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, servicing, and general repairs.
• Assist with all aspects of the 400-head cow/calf operation, including feeding, calving, herd health, processing, and general cattle care.
• Maintain fences, facilities, equipment, and other areas of the farm and ranch.
• Help prioritize daily work and handle responsibilities independently when the employer is unavailable.
