Job summary

Ericsson in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced Customer Solution Manager to analyze, design, and develop commercially viable RAN solutions for the Americas. You will analyze network data, craft value propositions, and support sales engagements across key accounts.

Responsibilities include developing technical presentations, guiding customers on rApps adoption, and staying current with Cloud RAN/Open RAN advances. A strong RAN background and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mobile telecom, CS, electronics or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunication infrastructure in the field of Radio Access Networking.
• Strong knowledge of 4G/5G RAN technologies and Ericsson product portfolio.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and ML Ops is a plus.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence technical experts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and design commercially viable RAN solutions.
• Provide sales support and respond to RFx with solutions meeting customer requirements.
• Analyze 4G/5G network data to identify upsell opportunities and improve performance.
• Conduct network evolution studies and capacity modelling to drive growth.
• Develop technical presentations, proposals and customer briefings.
• Provide technical guidance and training to ensure successful adoption of rApps by customers.
• Stay updated on new technologies and share insights to build customer competence.
• Build trusted relationships with customers through strong technical and business acumen.
