Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in telecom/network domain.
• Strong understanding of RAN technologies and KPIs.
• Ability to work with software developers and data scientists to guide performance reports, data analytics, and AI use cases.
• Software development skills are optional.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation of network performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with telecom tools and network performance monitoring systems.
• Proven experience with network optimization and KPI validation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RAN performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations for improving network efficiency.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network performance issues.
• Collaborate with software developers and data scientists to develop new performance reports and analytics solutions.
• Provide telecom domain guidance for AI/ML and agentic use cases.
• Validate network KPIs and ensure end-to-end solution alignment across deployments.
• Lead network optimization initiatives across enterprise and large-scale deployments.
• Mentor junior team members on OSS best practices and RAN concepts.
