Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Welder for a leading manufacturer of accessibility ramp solutions in Valley Cottage, NY. You will perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, read blueprints, and assemble welded structures to meet safety and quality standards.

This full-time, on-site role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits, with 1st or 2nd shift options. You will inspect welds, operate fabrication equipment, and maintain a safe, organized work area to support production goals.

Qualifications

• Completion of a welding program or equivalent training.
• Hands-on welding experience with MIG, TIG and Stick welding.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on ramp components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work instructions.
• Assemble welded metal structures accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect welds for quality and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Operate welding, cutting, and fabrication equipment safely.
• Follow all shop safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with production team to meet daily manufacturing goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
