Job summary

Amramp is seeking an entry-level Welder to join our Randolph, MA team. The role focuses on MIG welding for residential ramps and related components, with responsibilities covering reading blueprints and performing welds to spec on-site for customer projects.

Ideal candidates have 1 year MIG experience, are able to lift 50 pounds, and are available for the first shift (6:30 am–3:00 pm) with occasional overtime. Salary ranges hourly based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year MIG welding experience required.
• Current and valid certification a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• First shift Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–3:00 pm; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and instructions for MIG welds.
• Perform MIG welds including angles and rails per project needs.
• Maintain company quality standards and safety practices.
• Cross-train on other shop equipment as needed; work on-site.
