Qualifications

• Ability to read and write clearly.
• Able to read a tape measure accurately.

Responsibilities

• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives for the facility.
• Read drawings and determine correct material.
• Operate MIG Welder and hoist; adjust equipment as needed.
• Inspect parts, ensure quality penetration, and document production logs.
• Maintain housekeeping and assist other departments as needed.
